Product returns policy is a scheme provided by Ujjibaangroup Electronics directly under this policy in terms of which the upon of
exchange/ replacement is offered to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. The
returns policy is divided into some parts. Please read all secons carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which
returns will be accepted.
1. Warranty Coverage: We are commited to providing quality electronics products. Each product comes with a manufacturer's
warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period. Warranty details vary by
product and are outlined in the product documentation provided.
2. Warranty Period: The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. It typically ranges within 2 years, depending on the
product category. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts or products, free of charge. (Extra
charges will be applicable for transport cost, technician cost etc.) 
3. What is Covered:
 Defected components or parts due to manufacturing faults.
 Malfuntcions that occur under normal use conditions.
 Repairs or replacements necessary to restore the product's functionality as intended.
 Ujjibaangroup Electronics authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
4. What is Not Covered:
 Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
 Accidental damage, including drops, spills, or unauthorized modifications.
 For products where installation is provided by Ujjibaangroup Electronics technicians, do not open the product by yourself.

Returns Policy: 
1. Return Eligibility:
 You may return products within 7 days of purchase if you are not satishfied. 
 Provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
 Returns must include all accessories and documentation originally shipped with the product.
 2. Return Process:
 Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
 Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
 Once the returned product is received, are inspection the exchange/replacement will be processed within 3 -7 days.
3. Customer Responsibilities:
 Retain proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) for warranty claims.
 Follow care and usage instructors provided in the product manual to maintain warranty eligibility.
